BLOSSOM VALLEY ATHLETIC LEAGUE SANTA TERESA-VALLEY DIVISION(Predicted order of finish)No. 1 OVERFELTCoach: Carlo Maningo 2022 record: What to expect: There are a lot of good linebackers in the Bay Area, but few, if any, hit as hard as senior San Jose State commit John Stowers, a 240-pound wrecking ball who had 39 tackles for loss last season. Walter Smith, a 6-3 senior wide receiver, led the team with 697 receiving yards, and will once again form a potent duo with senior QB Gabriel Martinez, who threw 19 touchdowns last season. Regardless of who runs the ball, they’ll do so behind burly offensive linemen such as Antonio Lopez-Escamilla and senior center Andrew Cameron. The last game of the season at Sobrato could determine the league champion. Season Opener: Aug. 24 vs. San Jose, 7:15 p.m.No. 2 SOBRATOCoach: Joel Rueda2022 record: 3-7What to expect: The offense will run through senior Noah...
