INDIANAPOLIS (AP) — Indianapolis Colts owner Jim Irsay told HBO Sports his arrest for operating a vehicle while intoxicated nearly a decade ago occurred because of police prejudice against “a rich, white billionaire.”Irsay made the comments in an interview aired Tuesday by the network.Police in Carmel, Indiana, stopped Irsay for driving erratically in 2014. In the car, they found prescription drugs and more than $29,000 in cash. A toxicology report later revealed Irsay had oxycodone, hydrocodone and a drug used to treat anxiety in his system.Irsay insisted there was another reason for the arrest.“I am prejudiced against because I’m a rich, white billionaire,” he said. “If I’m just the average guy down the block, they’re not pulling me in, of course not.”The Carmel Police Department responded to the accusations in an email to The Indianapolis Star.“We have a very professional agency consisting of officers that strive to protect our community with integrity and professionalism,”...Raiders pass rusher Maxx Crosby held out of practice because of a knee injury

HENDERSON, Nev. (AP) — Raiders defensive end Maxx Crosby didn’t practice Wednesday because of a knee injury, putting his status in question for when Las Vegas hosts AFC West rival Kansas City on Sunday.Crosby typically has been listed as a limited participant in practice on Wednesdays and hasn’t missed a game this season. Not having one of the NFL’s top pass rushers would be a significant blow against Patrick Mahomes and the Chiefs’ sixth-ranked passing offense. Crosby is tied for fifth with 10 1/2 sacks, the third time in five seasons has reached double figures. The Raiders are taking Thursday off for Thanksgiving, so the players don’t return to practice until Friday.Cornerback Amik Robertson (concussion) participated in practice and left tackle Kolton Miller (shoulder) was limited.___AP NFL: https://apnews.com/hub/NFLSourceBanco Macro: Q3 Earnings Snapshot

LAKE FOREST, Ill. (AP) — For Justin Fields and the Chicago Bears, Monday night’s game at Minnesota will be all about second chances.Fields gets another opportunity against a Vikings defense that knocked him out of the teams’ last matchup with a dislocated right thumb, and the Bears get a chance to prove they can close out games better than they did at Detroit on Sunday. The Lions scored 17 points over the last four minutes to win 31-26, spoiling an otherwise encouraging return by Fields, who had missed four games with the thumb injury.“I think for the most part we showed who we were except until the end of the game,” Fields said. “Focus on finishing better and finishing out the game when it counts and when a drive comes up, making that big play when it matters.”Fields has struggled in close, late-game situations throughout his three seasons. Fields was 16 of 23 for 169 yards and had 104 yards rushing against the Vikings. He had a chance Sunday even after the Bears’ defens...Arrestan en México a Néstor Isidro Pérez Salas, presunto jefe de seguridad de Los Chapitos buscado por EE.UU.
